I have a request for you to play a Gary Numan song for me as Gary is on his UK tour at the moment and I am going to 4 gigs next week.

Firstly let me apologise for taking nearly a year to respond to this, but hang on and I'll see what I can do...

<rumages in CD collection and pulls out battered copy of Gary Numan's single, Cars, and whacks it on the CD player>

Ah yes, we're rockin' tonight! You know, this really was a good idea. Might have to give it a listen on the tube on the way home tonight as well.

i wonna become a singer so bad that i don't know what to do please help me i have 8 songs that i can sing very well and if you help me i will never for get [sic] this till the day i die i promise. i have been singing before i was 5 i love my talent a nd [sic] i would love to us and if you do this for me i will never forget about you god bless you.

Well before you even start thinking about singing, I recomend you think more about punctuation. Here's a couple of hints: commas - they're great for helping to make readable sentances as they are a sort of pause or dividery kind of thing. And capital letters. Less useful really when you think about it, but it's traditional you see...

I'm from K.C. and I really, really would like to open my own radio station Please let me know who I should contact what to do after, and around how much am I going to spend to get it cracking

So let me get this right. You want to open a radio station but haven't a clue what to do or how to do it? Your research then consists of emailing some random person who wrote a comedy guide to running a radio station, in a pitiful attempt to satirise the radio industry?

Do you not think that if you want to run a radio station, you might need to just do a bit more research than this? And that perhaps, just perhaps, your research should consist of doing little more than asking someone else to do all your homework?

On the other hand, if KC sent you, I'll have the report on your desk by 2pm this Wednesday!

I am a student at londfield school, Darlington and on 31st March 2003 will be undertaking work experience. I have taken an interest in physics and meteorology and would like to experience working life at Tyne Tees Television, preferrably at Middlesbrough because of distance. I would be pleased if you could send me a reply soon.

Does two months latter class as soon? If so, glad to make you pleased! Have a nice day!

i would like to get a copy of an report that appeared on your news show on monday 28 october 2002 about the world records set at elvington that morning. if you could e-mail me how i could obtain them or if they will be shown nationally {ie in Staffordshire}

Unfortuantly all archives for the award winning "Bods Tonight" were destroyed in a freak put-them-in-the-recycling-bin accident the other week. Very glad also to see that the United Kingdom is now just Staffordshire. Never liked being part of the same country as those Stoke residents anyway.

Please can you send me a map of how to get to the studios - my colleague will be coming from A19 South.

Thank you - I will need to know this morning if possible.

Well I don't have any studios, so here's a map of how to get to my house:

Map to my house

And with that, that's all we have time for this month! Keep those emails coming in!
