Freeserve's Amazing Deduction

Despite me writing to them to let them know the score, Freeserve still managed to email me with the important news that:

"Some of your payment details that we have on our system seem to be incorrect which will prevent the processing of your payment."

Amazing isn't it? You write to them formally (and indeed politely) to tell them you've cancelled your direct debit, and they get all confused when the direct debit doesn't work...
