Fire! Fire!
Fire! Fire! Just a quick example of my skill of shouting that there is a fire, for today I became a fire warden.
Not only do you get to stand in a car park using fire extinguishers get issued with a bright orange arm band with ‘Fire Warden’ written on it but you also get told how much the BBC appreciates you volunteering! (<sniff> It’s alright.)
I’ll also ask you a little question for you sat at home - when was the last time you checked your smoke alarm? Hmm… Thought so.
