Can you just say that again?
One of the comments I’ve heard a lot of the last few days is "you sound terrible. Go home and put your feet up". Which is ironic given that overall, I’m feeling fine - it’s just that I’ve completely lost my voice! Well I suppose all those comments give you a valid reason to bunk off work and do something else instead although I’m afraid I’m too honest to do that kind of thing.
Of course the voice went after spending most of that week with a quite frankly ridiculously evil broncial cough which just ruined my throat and I suspect will take a while to sort itself out. But it’s incredibly frustrating not being able to speak properly…
