What's one word between friends?

So it appears the department I work for will be changed from "New Media and Technology" to "Future Media and Technology".
One word - so big a difference. Well according to the Oxford English Dictionary...
- New
- Not previously existing; now made or brought into existence for the first time.
- Of a kind now first invented or introduced; novel, newfangled; original.
- Future
- that is to be, or will be, hereafter.
So there you go...
Of course I didn't like to point out that the stuff I work on has been in existence for several years and is certainly not "to be" but more "been".

Have your say
