It's quite easy to complain about customer service, but how often do we celebrate it when it is good?

With that in mind, a big hello to Patrick from East Midlands Trains. I'd dropped them an email after The Trainline managed not to be able to book me any seats, and I had a prompt reply asking how many people were travelling, what class and what my address was. This morning the details had arrived in the post, first class with a handwritten note wishing us a pleasant journey.

I hope we will.

IIRC. It's all in my employers training pack somewhere.
