A highly important move given almost no one has a 24 hour alcohol licence. n.b. in the interests of balance, pretty sure the Conservatives have said the same thing - so the same response to them! Oh and to the Daily Mail and the rest of the press who (despite journalists being renowned boozers!) are also obsessed with the concept.
