Following on from his success at weekends, September 2006 saw the launch of a new show for Marc.
Named Marc Riley's Brain Surgery, the new show took the mantle of Rocket Science to weekday evenings - with some changes of course!
The new format regularly included a live band starting the show at 7pm, before going on to involve more top music, live performances and witty banter. Oh and Peel sessions by request. What more could a listener desire?
Originally running Wednesday to Friday, Brain Surgery moved to Monday to Thursday in June 2008 as part of a small revamp of the evening schedules.
